If you live in Cambridgeshire you can report a Prejudice Incident or Hate Crime online on the Open Out website, click the REPORT IT! button on the right side of the page. Your report is secure and confidential, fill in the form and then choose if you want a trained Open Out worker to contact you. The form has three parts:

Part 2: What happened, more about what happened and who did it

Part 3: Tell us about yourself, this is totally optional! You can choose to remain anonymous, however giving your details helps us support you.

We are distributing Open Out flyers around Cambridgeshire, these could be in community centres, libraries, schools, doctors surgeries and other support organisations, they look like this:

Inside each flyer is a reporting form, you can fill it in, seal it and put it in a postbox. Each form has a secure seal to keep your information private and is freepost, so it wont cost you a single penny.
